Symphonic Windband
Youth Orchestra Brass - 2006
The Symphonic Windband consists of woodwind, brass and percussion players from grade 5 ABRSM standard. The ensemble play a wide variety of music and perform once each term. Entry is by audition.
The band is conducted by Mr N McEwen and rehearses on Monday evenings from 7.30 until 9.30 in the main hall of the Albemarle Music Centre. Tutors for the Symphonic Windband are Mrs D McMillan and Mr D Putsey - Woodwind, Miss E McVittie - Brass and Mr M Knight - Percussion.
